Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jernakoff:

	Enclosed are checks to each of you for α$209.93 representing
your shares of the IBM dividends accumulated while Vera's estate
was in probate.  The shares themselves are still being transferred.
Someone at the office of the broker arranging the transfer
mislaid some papers, and it was necessary to start over.  They
apologized and promised to rush, and I (again) expect it will be
only a few weeks.
